Sales Representative (Tech/SaaS) [entry level]

About This Role:

Help local businesses grow with Therr for Business — our platform that drives foot traffic through proximity-based promotions, event hosting, and direct customer engagement. You'll reach out to restaurants, venues, and retailers, show them how Therr connects them with nearby customers, and get them set up on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales pipeline
• Understanding of marketing and business metrics
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the local business landscape and experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry

Requirements & Experience:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential customers
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of Therr for Business and how it can help their business grow
• Onboard customers to the Therr for Business platform
• Collaborate with the Therr for Business product team to continuously improve the product and its features

Nice to Have (not required):

• Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Brand Marketing Strategist

About This Role:

Shape how Therr shows up in the world. You'll own our brand positioning, develop campaigns that resonate with local communities globally, and guide our creative direction across email, social media, and community channels.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong understanding of marketing best practices
• Experience as a marketing or brand strategist
• Complete knowledge of the full market mix and market funnel
• Ability to collaborate with designers and developers to guide the implementation of marketing content
• Nice to have: Experience with Figma, Zeplin or similar wireframe, prototype, and mockup tools

Frontend Developer / Graphic Designer

About This Role:

Build the interfaces that connect people to their communities. You'll work on both our web app (React) and contribute to our mobile experience (React Native), turning location-based features into intuitive, polished user experiences.

Technical Requirements:

• Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS3
• Experience with ReactJs
• Ability to collaborate with other developers and designers to go from ideation to production
• Experience with Figma, Zeplin or similar wireframe, prototype, and mockup tools
• React Native experience is a plus but not required
