What is Therr?

Therr is a mobile app platform that enables social users to “break the ice” and meet new people at in-person, local establishments. It also empowers promoters, freelancers, and brick & mortar businesses to take ownership of a physical location and create meaningful connections with customers and attendees. We never sell out user data to third-parties. Instead users are rewarded for activity and the content they share.

About This Role:

We are looking for a React Native developer to help build out our mobile app. Some experience in native ios/android is a plus but not required. As we further develop app features, we have a need to distribute work across different projects and developers. You should be familiar with Typescript, Redux, and architectural best practices. This individual is familiar agile and has experience writing clean code with best practices in mind.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with ReactNative/Redux/Typescript or similar frameworks
• Ability to collaborate with other developers and designers to go from ideation to production
• Some experience building scalable, cross-platform applications
• (Bonus) Experience with Figma, Zeplin or similar wireframe, prototype, and mockup tools

About This Role:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented salesperson to help onboard local businesses to our new product, Therr for Business. Therr for Business is an innovative location marketing & customer metrics dashboard designed to help businesses increase their foot traffic and sales. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for reaching out to local businesses, educating them on the benefits of Therr for Business, and onboarding them to the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales pipeline
• Understanding of marketing and business metrics
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the local business landscape and experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry

Requirements & Experience:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential customers
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of Therr for Business and how it can help their business grow
• Onboard customers to the Therr for Business platform
• Collaborate with the Therr for Business product team to continuously improve the product and its features

Nice to Have (not required):

• Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

About This Role:

We are looking for an individual with marketing and branding experience to help us grow our reputation in the market and direact our appeal to the right audiences. Your responsibilities include analyzing collected insights, developing plans for our creative team and forming guidelines to promote our company across various channels including email, social media, word of mouth, etc.

Requirements & Experience:

• Strong understanding of marketing best practices
• Experience as a marketing or brand strategist
• Complete knowledge of the full market mix and market funnel
• Ability to collaborate with designers and developers to guide the implementation of marketing content
• Nice to have: Experience with Figma, Zeplin or similar wireframe, prototype, and mockup tools

About This Role:

We are looking for a frontend developer to help build out our web app. Some experience in react native or graphic design is a plus. As we further develop the mobile app (written in react native), we would also like to put focus on the web app. You should be familiar with ReactJs or a related frontend framework and have experience writing clean code with best practices in mind.

• Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS3
• Experience with ReactJs
• Ability to collaborate with other developers and designers to go from ideation to production
• Experience with Figma, Zeplin or similar wireframe, prototype, and mockup tools
• React Native experience is a plus but not required
